Sleep is a powerful experience that allows our bodies to heal and our subconscious to sort through any problems in order to create our future. Through guided Meditation and Hypnosis our creative brain is activated and can begin the process of manifesting our dreams and desires.

"How do I learn to meditate?"
​
I am often asked this question and for my own part, I try not to be so methodical, and just relax into the process.
​
I mean that's really what it's all about isn't it ?
​
Relaxing the mind ?
​
Mindfulness and Meditation is about the joy, harmony and satisfaction of knowing my own thoughts, thought processes and feelings, but most of all it's about that old adage (dare I say it ? ) 'inner peace'. There, I said it and we may laugh, however, Meditation is scientifically proven to reduce stress and improve our mindset. It can become a learned, disciplined and very enjoyable behaviour for anyone.

Meditation and Hypnosis are wonderful ways for us to access a lower brain frequency state that is similar to when we are sleeping. By taking up to 15 to 20 minutes of your day to be still and observe our breathing. Thinking or not thinking is not relevant at the beginning. What matters is allowing yourself the time to get to know yourself on a deeper level.

Affirmations
Positive affirmations can help you transform your thoughts, attitude, and behaviours. Frequent use of affirmations works to overcome years of negative thinking and to rewire your brain for uplifting thoughts. The outcome being a more positive and optimistic mindset.
Constant positive verbalisation serves to stimulate the mind body connection motivating the self to take action, the necessary ingredient to produce positive results. Without action, there will be none, however, when supported by motivation, self-belief and postive behaviours, affirmations can serve as a beneficial tool for personal empowerment.

With consistency, affirmations can become the new truth of your life paving the way to a more meaningful and harmonious existence.

I think his Holiness has a real and genuine point. Imagine if mindfulness had been taught to us as children. I know it would have had a profound effect on my future wellbeing. I see and feel the joy in our children, my own inner child remembers the same joy. (The joy I regrettably forgot as I aged). Would it be that a level of joy, harmony and peace might be maintained throughout life as they navigate the stressful, fast paced pressures of oncoming adulthood.
In the following recordings, I have incorporated sleep and Relaxation Meditations, Affirmations, vocal blessings and short stories laced with a little traditional humour, contemporised with my loving kindness to hopefully, in some small way improve the lives of people of all ages. I have included some relaxing pet Meditations as well.
